There is power in words, but a picture speaks a thousand of them. With a profound message about the deep emotional wounds that are left behind by bullying, this inspired design stands out for what is right. Most of us have experienced some form of bullying while growing up, and showcasing this message can show how strong you have become since those days and can also encourage others dealing with this issue to speak up, seek help, and end their suffering.

The experience of being bullied can be devastating, and it can have a significant impact on our physical and psychological well being. A UNESCO Institute for Statistics study recently showed that almost one-third of all teens had recently experienced bullying. Approximately 42% of children have been bullied whilst online, and the majority of bullying victims do not go on to report it to an adult. (UNESCO)
Regarding children who are bullies, it is important that we have compassion and attempt to address the issues of bullying, rather than simply punishing the perpetrator and further alienating them from humanity. Whilst there is no single reason why somebody becomes a bully, we must attempt to empathize with the challenges that they may face. For example, children who witness violence at home are three times more likely to be bullies on the playground. They may also be experiencing bullying elsewhere or victimization, neglect or mistreatment. (Research Gate)
