How is SUSU different from your average online store?

 

We care about more than just selling you a shirt. We care about people, and we give back to people by donating shirts to people who are making a difference, and by giving people a way to start difficult conversations about important social issues through their clothing and accessories.

 

What is your return policy?

Here at Stand Up Speak Up Apparel, we take a lot of pride in our work. Our items are custom made just for you; each item is made with love and passion. For that reason, we don't offer returns on any of our product. We do offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or has any defects. 

 

Why does SUSU only offer sizes S-XL?

Unfortunately because we only work with sweatshop free suppliers we are limited to what sizes we can offer.

 

What if I order the wrong size?

To make it easier for you to pick the right size, read our product descriptions to find out how the item fits. We've done everything we can to make choosing your size the easiest decision you've made in a long time.  Make sure you read the description of the item carefully, as some items do fit smaller or larger than standard sizing.

 

Who creates the designs on the clothing?

We work with a variety of artists to make inspiring and stylish fashion statements. To learn more about our artists, check out our artist profiles.

 

Where are your products made?

All our tees are made in Canada and are 100% sweatshop-free.

Our supplier strives to be a zero-waste company. Through fabric, paper, and plastic recycling programs they greatly reduce waste from manufacturing and by using solar panels, smart lighting, and efficient dye machines, they reduce energy and water waste.

 

Do you ship internationally? Are shipments tracked?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.  Tracking is available on all orders except flat rate Canadian shipments.

Due to statistically high non-delivery, there are some countries for which we only offer DHL express shipping to in order to ensure the package is not lost.

 

Why does shipping take 2-4 weeks?

    We are a small and dedicated team who works hard to fill our orders as quickly as possible.  We do not have a huge warehouse where we can simply choose your item and send it off in the mail.  Each item is created just for you upon ordering. Because of this, it can take a little more time to reach your door.
