There are so many benefits to fostering creativity in everyone. As children, we are comfortable with free play and a lack of structure, but as we age, we become more and more ingrained in routine and lose a lot of creative thinking. One of the reasons for this is that when schools need to make cuts, arts and creative programs are commonly the first to go.
There are many benefits to feeding your creative mind, including a greater sense of freedom, self-awareness and expression; confidence in your own instincts; stress relief; and problem-solving skills.
